MY VEHICULAR HISTORY
1970 Opel GT
A German made Buick that never ran right so I sold it and used the cash towards my first real car.
1972 Monte Carlo
A luxurious hot rod for 1972, power everything and more than enough HP to burn through tires at will.
1984 Toyota truck
The recipe is simple… lower the torsion bars until they fall out, go back three threads. Instant low rider. Waaaay lower that it was ever intended to be, this incredibly stout little truck made 3 or 4 round trips to Mexico after I sold it with 167k on the clock.
1992 Galant VR-4
This little sedan thought it was a muscle car. 1 of 3000 imported into the U.S. 300hp, AWD, 4-wheel-steering, 5-speed, turbo… and it would eat Mustangs everyday 😉
1991 Honda CRX Si
High horsepower 4-cly, 5-speed that had serious issues gaining traction off the line. An amazing little car to drive.
1993 Mazda RX7
This aluminum bodied little monster was Incredibly light and incredibly fast with a 1.3 liter twin-turbo rotary motor, over 300hp, and speeds in excess of 160mph…
1988 Jeep Wrangler
With a 6″ lift, 33×15″ mudders, it seemed like the perfect city vehicle. At least pedestrians never seemed to be an issue.
1994 Volvo 850 T5R
An unassuming turbo-brick that surprised many other motorists. The most luxurious sports car I have ever owned just happened to have 4 doors.
2006 Toyota Tacoma
The first new car purchase I ever made. I liked it so much, I went out and bought another one!
1967 Pontiac LeMans
A numbers matching, original paint car. It was too nice for a kid to muck around with, so I sold it to a gent that performed a frame-off restoration.
1973 Camaro
350, 4bbl, 4-speed, headers, dual exhaust and a 3.73 posi … this thing was a beast to drive on the street.
2008 Toyota Tacoma
I upgraded from my red 2-door for a silver 4-door. There is no denying the longevity of these trucks!
1952 Chevy 3100
I bought this truck in Southern California… all original body, original paint, and it had never been in a wreck… then, like an idiot, I sold it.
1993 Suzuki GSXR 750
purchased from one of my best friends, then later sold to a collector. An incredibly clean example of a truly iconic motorcycle.
1966 Cadillac DeVille Convertible
Purchased out of North Carolina, this enormous blue on blue on blue land yacht actually fit in my garage!
